Refund policy
Kvell subscriptions are sold by Paddle, the merchant of record, which also processes refunds. These are the rules:
- First payment: if you change your mind within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, monthly or yearly, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- Yearly renewal: if your yearly subscription renewed and you forgot to cancel, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the renewal.
- Monthly renewals: not refunded. You can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Problems on our side: if a fault on our side kept you from using the service, contact us and we will refund the affected part.
How to ask for a refund
Contact Paddle at paddle.net or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle handles the request and returns the money. The money goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund the subscription ends, and recipes you already saved stay in your Drive.
Consumers in Israel
Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law you can cancel at any time (cancel subscription). If you ask, the cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your request and you get a pro-rata refund for the paid, unused period. Otherwise the subscription simply runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have by law, such as the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK.
