Delete account
You can delete your Kvell account at any time, here or in the app (Settings → Delete account).
What is deleted
- The app's access to your Google account is revoked, and you are signed out on every device.
- Your subscription stops renewing. The paid period is not refunded, except under the refund policy.
- If you choose, the recipes folder in your Drive moves to the trash, with all recipes, photos and the library. Otherwise it stays with you.
- Your account details and usage data on the server are deleted. Only a hashed identifier of your Google account and the number of free recipes already used are kept, so that deleting and signing up again does not reset the free recipes. Technical server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
Sign in to the app and delete your account in Settings (or come back to this page after signing in), or do it yourself in two steps:
- Remove the app's access on your Google account's connected apps page.
- If you like, move the recipes folder in Google Drive to the trash.
