Cancel subscription
You can cancel your Kvell subscription at any time, with no reason needed and no cancellation fee. How depends on where you bought it:
Bought on the website
Sign in to the app and tap "Manage subscription" in Settings, or come back to this page after signing in.
Or without signing in: find your purchase by email at paddle.net, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
Or email lironco@gmail.com from your account's address and we will cancel it for you.
Bought on iPhone or Android
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or here.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or here.
After you cancel
- You will not be charged again.
- The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Recipes you already saved stay in your Drive.
- Consumers in Israel: if you ask, the cancellation takes effect within 3 business days and you get a pro-rata refund for the paid, unused period. See the Refund policy.
